Rachel O’Riordan is an internationally qualified professional make-up artist and lecturer delivering ITEC and MASA makeup courses, in Bronwyn Conroy Beauty School and Portobello Institute.
Rachel studied Beauty Therapy & Make-Up at Bronwyn Conroy Beauty School earning the renowned CIBTAC qualification, then went on to earn a Diploma in Business Management from The National College of Ireland. Rachel then gained the Worldwide ITEC accreditation in Professional Make-Up.
Having worked with some of the best photographers, stylists & models in the business and a few famous faces on many different projects from, Irish TV, live shows, Radio, Miss Ireland, Xpose, music videos, calendars, model portfolios, actor headshots, various editorial work and was the Beauty Editor for Irish Parent Magazine. Bridal Trial: Being a total perfectionists Rachel and her team know how important it is that you look and feel beautiful on your big day. Every Bride & Groom to be should have a pre-wedding make-up trial to make sure you are happy and confident with your look. We will take time to get to know your personality so you will look and feel yourself only more radiant and beautiful on your big day! Bridal trials take place in your own home.
It is a good idea to start collecting makeup looks that you like so we can create a similar look that suits you, your skin tone and facial features. Your bridal makeup trial should ideally be booked within 3 months of your wedding date.
When you are happy the final preparations will be made for your big day. Rachel fits in with your schedule on the morning of your wedding and her professional yet calming approach will ease any tension, making sure there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy being pampered. You are then free to enjoy your big day knowing your makeup will last well into the night.
Skincare: It is a good idea to start your skincare routine approx. 6 months before your big day to make sure your skin is radiant and in top condition, good skin care goes hand in hand with flawless makeup and your finished look, Rachel can advise you on your skincare plan.
