Cake Lab Bakery

At the Cake Lab we guide you through your personally designed slice of heaven, tailored to your budget, style and taste preferences. All our unique creations are hand made and freshly baked to order on our HSE approved premises. Our baking and design team includes an experienced and qualified Baker with a Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management (B.S.c) and trained in the Cake Cafe, Camden St. and the Merrion Hotel.

Our service includes a free consultation to discuss your colour theme, flowers and your chosen dress / suits for your wedding. We will go through examples of sizes and styles of cakes and follow up with a personalised sketch, we will continue to discuss your design until we have it just perfect!. We can cater for all dietary requirements and tastes, often with 2 or 3 different flavoured tiers including false tiers that can add height and maximum impact. Let us know your preference for flavours before your consultation and we can have them ready for you to taste when you arrive.
